The churches in the area take turns providing a church service for the residents of the local nursing home each Wednesday. Church volunteers provide and serve cookies, sing hymns with the residents, and the pastor provides a short sermon. Coffee is provided by the nursing home, as well as large print hymnals. Volunteers are always welcome. There is a sign-up sheet available on the bulletin board near the Nursery.
